Please note that your quote/package is based on the following hotels. We will only proceed with reservations for you after we receive your deposit payment and completed confirmation form with your choice of package.
If any of these hotels quoted for your choice of package are unable to confirm, we will secure an alternative and available hotel for you. Please note that this may increase or decrease your quote/package depending on the new hotel obtained for you.
If it is necessary to choose an alternative hotel, we will inform you prior to making the change.
Please note that for services that are prepaid and not used at the group’s decision, a refund will not be given.

Itinerary
Day 1 - Sunday
Akwaaba—Welcome!
Arrive in Accra, Ghana. Transfer from airport to your hotel. Check into your hotel. Overnight at
African Regent Hotel or Fiesta Royale Hotel. Meals Included: Dinner.
Day 2 - Monday
Workshop Event (No transportation Included)
After early morning breakfast, you will participate in a workshop event at the hotel. Overnight at
African Regent Hotel or Fiesta Royale Hotel. Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Day 3 - Tuesday
Property Tour
After breakfast, you will depart your hotel to tour various properties in Oyibi and Aburi. Overnight at
African Regent Hotel or Fiesta Royale Hotel. Meals Included: Breakfast and Dinner.
Day 4 - Wednesday
Property Tour
After breakfast, you will depart your hotel to tour various properties in Airport, East Legon and
Cantonments. Overnight at the African Regent Hotel or Fiesta Royale Hotel. Meals Included:
Breakfast and dinner.
Day 5 - Thursday
Property Tour
After breakfast, you will depart your hotel to tour various properties in Prampram and Tema.
Overnight at African Regent Hotel or Fiesta Royale Hotel. Meals Included: Breakfast and Dinner.
Day 6 - Friday
Kakum National Park and Cape Coast Castle
After breakfast, depart your hotel and drive through the historic Denkyira Kingdom to Kakum National Park, one of West Africa’s surviving tropical
rain forests. Extending over 360 sq km, Kakum is home to over 40 large mammals and 400 bird species, as well as many species of butterflies, flora, and fauna. The most popular attraction is the Canopy Walkway, which is made up of seven bridges extending 330 m, hanging 100 feet above the forest floor. Choose between a 2 km nature walk through this forest to discover the wide variety of exotic floral species and the medicinal values they offer or take a walk on the canopy walkway. Afterwards, embark on a tour of the infamous forts, castles, and slave dungeons of Ghana. History will unfold the story of the slave trade, the impact of which is still felt beyond the shores of Africa today. Visit the Cape Coast Castle, built by the Swedes in 1653 and later taken over by the British. This castle also houses the West African Historical Museum, established by the Smithsonian Institute in collaboration with the Ghanaian Government in 1994. Return to Accra afterwards. Overnight at the African Regent Hotel or Fiesta Royale Hotel. Meals Included:

Day 7 - Saturday
Farewell/Departure
After breakfast, spend the remainder of the day packing and doing last minute shopping. Transfer to
airport for check-in and final departure back home.
